Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Options

Pure Pharma offers a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time.

• FREE FedEx 2-Day Shipping on orders over $200.00 and FREE Overnight Shipping for orders over $500.00 (total amount before shipping).

• Orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.

2. International Orders & Mail Forwarding

We accept international orders and strive to ensure successful delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to forwarded addresses through mail forwarding services, as they are outside our control.

Please note: We are no longer shipping to Canada.

Import Tax Disclaimer: For Customers Outside the United States

Shipments to countries outside the United States may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

3. Product Availability & Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have restrictions or be unavailable for shipping to specific locations. Please check product listings for shipping limitations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For convenience, we recommend creating an account during checkout. This allows you to track orders, update information, and access past purchases. Guests can also track orders via the tracking number provided.

5. Delayed Shipments

Orders may experience delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance, carrier delays). Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

6. Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us at help@purepharmas.net as soon as possible. We will do our best to process the request, but cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already shipped.

7. Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please follow these steps:

• Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days, and we will verify and send the missing item.

• Wrong Items: Contact us immediately, and we will send the correct item along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

• Damaged Items: Provide photographic evidence, and we will send a replacement after verification.

• Defective Items: Claims regarding incorrect weight, concentration, or quality must include supporting evidence (e.g., scale details, sample return for analysis). Upon verification, we will send a replacement.

8. Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

• Check with neighbors or building staff.

• Contact the courier’s local office for GPS delivery details.

• Allow up to 1 week for the package to surface.

• If it does not arrive within 1 week, contact us at help@purepharmas.net for assistance.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Chargebacks: Any chargeback will result in a temporary suspension from future purchases until we can resolve the issue.

• Payment Disputes: Please contact us first, as we can often resolve issues faster than a payment processor.
