Orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
We accept international orders and strive to ensure successful delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to forwarded addresses through mail forwarding services, as they are outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived:
Check with neighbors or building staff.
Contact the courier’s local office for GPS delivery details.
Allow up to 1 week for the package to surface.

Chargebacks: Any chargeback will result in a temporary suspension from future purchases until we can resolve the issue.
